Sensitive Personal Information refers to personal information that once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may easily lead to the infringement or discriminatory treatment of the personal dignity, mental health or physical health of a natural person or may endanger his personal safety or property, including information such as specific identity, financial accounts, communication records and contents, property information, transaction information, and the personal information of a minor under the age of 14 years. An Affiliate refers to any enterprise that controls, commonly controls or exercises significant influence over another party, and any enterprise controlled, commonly controlled or significantly influenced by another party. You need to register as our user before you can use the vast majority of products and/or services we offer. When you register as our user, you need to provide your Google account or Apple account.
同时，您可以根据自身需求，编辑完善相关的网络身份识别信息（昵称、角色形象等）。但如您不提供此类信息，不会影响您使用本软件和相关服务。如您成功注册账户，我们会在本应用程序及网站中显示您的形象、头像、昵称等。
Meanwhile, you can edit and improve the relevant network identification information (nickname, avatar, etc.) according to your own needs. However, if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of this software and related services. If you successfully register, we will display your image, avatar, nickname, etc. in this App and on the Website.
2.1.2登录使用Log In
在您登录个人账户时，您需要向我们提供您的Google账号，以通过Google账号关联登录App。

2.1.3 语音助理服务Voice Assistant
您可通过语音呼起助理，助理会识别您的语音并作出对应的反应。当您使用语音助理功能时，我们会请求获取麦克风权限。您所提供的语音信息将不会存储在我们的服务器中，同时我们也不会对外分享或将其用于该功能以外的其他用途。
You can activate the assistant by voice, and the assistant will recognize your voice and respond accordingly. When you use the voice assistant, we will request microphone access. The voice information you provide will not be stored on our servers and will not be shared or used for purposes other than this feature.
2.1.4 上传发布Upload and Publish
您可将自己本地的视频或图片上传至好奇地球的本地和云端，以供自己以及其他用户观看。在您上传视频或图片时，我们将通过系统访问您的本地存储/相册。但本次存储/相册权限均为敏感权限，我们不会擅自访问您的本地存储/相册窃取您的隐私，更不会采用此种非法手段进行信息、广告推送。您上传发布的照片、视频、文字信息会存储在我们的服务器中，因为存储是实现这一功能所必需的。我们会以加密的方式存储，您可以随时删除这些信息。除非经您自主选择或遵从相关法律法规要求，我们不会对外提供上述分享内容，或者将其用于该功能以外的其他用途。
You can upload your local videos or images to AhaEarth's local and cloud for yourself and other users to watch. When you upload videos or images, we will access your local storage/album. However, this storage/album access is sensitive, we will not access your local storage/album without authorization to steal your privacy and make message or advertisement notifications. The photos, videos and text messages you upload and publish will be stored in our servers, because storage is necessary for this feature. We will encrypt such information, and you can delete it at any time. Unless you choose to do so, or in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide such content to others, or use it for purposes other than this feature.

2.2.1位置信息Location
在您开启设备定位功能并使用我们基于位置提供的相关服务时，我们收集的有关您位置的信息，包括：您通过具有定位功能的移动设备使用我们的服务时，我们通过GPS或WiFi等方式收集的您的地理位置信息。您可以通过手机系统设置中关闭定位功能随时停止我们对您的地理位置信息的收集。
When you turn on the location function of your device and use our location-based services, we will collect information about your location, including: your geographic location information collected by GPS or WiFi when you use our services through a mobile device with location function. You can stop our collection of your geographic location information at any time by turning off the location function in the system settings of your cell phone.

In the course of the secure operation of the software and services, we will collect your device and network information, including: device or software information, such as configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other program you use to access our services, your IP address, and the version and device identifier used by your mobile device. Please note that device information and network information alone cannot be used to identify a specific natural person. If we use such non-personal information in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person, or in combination with personal information, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information during the combination, and we will anonymize such personal information unless your authorization is obtained or otherwise required by law or regulations.

After collecting your personal information, we will de-identify the data in a timely manner by technical measures, and the de-identified information cannot be used to identify the subject. In order to improve the security of AhaEarth and its partners, to ensure a safe operating environment, to recognize anomalies of user accounts , to protect personal and property safety of you, other users or the public from being violated, to better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network bugs, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other security risks, and to precisely identify the violation of laws and regulations or relevant rules and agreements of AhaEarth, we may use or integrate your personal information, device information, relevant network logs, and other information that AhaEarth and its partners may share according to your authorization or applicable laws, and may authenticate your identity, detect and prevent security incidents, comprehensively determine the security risk of your account, and take the necessary record-keeping, auditing, analyzing, and disposal measures according to laws.

We have accessed the SDK of the above mentioned partners in order to achieve some necessary functions of AhaEarth. When the SDK is introduced, our partners may collect and use your personal information (including but not limited to IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, android ID) when the software is running (including running in the background). We may use pop-ups, page reminders, page displays, embedded links to display the privacy terms of our partners (behaviors of SDK partners, such as collecting and processing information, are bound by their own privacy terms instead of this Policy).
